We use Avaya Cloud as our SMS service provider. They process your data solely for the purpose of delivering our messages to you and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Opt-Out & Help

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance.

6. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your phone number is stored in a secure database accessed only by authorized personnel.

4. Support and Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact our support team directly at info@airtek-troy.com or 334-566-7400.

5. Opt-Out & Termination

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to AirTek 334-566-7400. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

6. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Policies. We do not sell or share your opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
