AirTek is a leading supplier of air pollution control (APC) equipment including engineering, construction, and maintenance services. Founded in 1988, by John Roberts (JR), AirTek undertakes projects for a variety of APC equipment. We specialize in providing turnkey APC services. AirTek has worked on hundreds of projects to rebuild and upgrade the performance of electrostatic precipitators (ESPs) for a wide range of customers in the power generation, pulp and paper, petrochemical, rock products, and steel industries.

Headquartered in Troy, Alabama, with an engineering office in Baltimore, Maryland, AirTek employs experienced, safety conscious construction and engineering personnel. Engineering,accounting, construction, spare parts and operations are provided by the Troy office. They have a staff of designers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and field service engineers to execute repairs, upgrades, and engineered rebuilds. All field craft activities are managed from this location. Consulting and troubleshooting services are other resources available from the Troy office.

AirTek’s Baltimore office has the primary responsibility for the design and supply of new air pollution control systems and engineered equipment rebuilds. The process and applications expertise utilized in new equipment supply as well as other technical support for our customers is located at this location. This office forms an expansion of the engineering, design, and applications capabilities that has been a part of our business for many years. The office staff is comprised of personnel highly experienced in the air pollution control field. Included are CAD design, application engineering, mechanical engineering, project management, and business development resources. The Baltimore office location is well situated to service the needs of customers in the northeast, mid-Atlantic, and mid-west regions. A modern, high speed communication network enables sharing information with the headquarters office that results in superior service to our customers wherever they are located.
